Bookings
Appointments require confirmation by email or SMS. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Scheduling windows
- Arrival windows may vary by 30–90 minutes due to traffic and prior job conditions.
- Inclement weather or unsafe conditions may require a new date at no extra cost.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in CAD and may vary based on vehicle condition. Taxes apply where required. Payment is due upon completion.
Payment methods
- We accept major cards, Interac e-Transfer, and cash.
- Invoices and receipts are provided digitally upon request.
Liability
We take utmost care. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, wear, or aftermarket device failures.
Limitations
- We are not liable for items left in the vehicle; please remove valuables before service.
- Paint correction outcomes depend on clear coat depth and prior repairs.
Warranties
Specific services such as coatings include manufacturer-backed warranties subject to maintenance requirements.
Maintenance requirements
- Use pH-neutral shampoos and avoid abrasive washes.
- Follow published care schedules to keep warranty valid.
Cancellations & No-Show
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.
- Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours prior.
- Weather-related postponements carry no penalty.
Vehicle Preparation
Please remove personal items and child seats when possible. We may decline service if biohazard conditions are present.
- Additional time for extreme conditions may result in a price adjustment with your approval.
- We may request access to water and a power outlet for certain services.
Safety & Property Access
You authorize our staff to operate and move the vehicle for service purposes. Work areas must be safe and legally accessible.
- We do not perform services in prohibited zones or unsafe locations.
- Condo/garage rules must be communicated in advance.
Photos & Reviews
With your consent, we may take before/after photos for quality assurance and portfolio purposes.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time for future use.
- We never disclose license plates or identifiable personal data in public posts.
Data & Privacy
We collect only necessary data to provide services and communicate updates. Basic analytics may be used to improve our website experience.
- Contact details are used for confirmations, reminders, and receipts.
- You can request data removal consistent with legal requirements.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. If an issue arises, contact us within 72 hours of service.
- If we are at fault, we will re-service the area or provide a reasonable remedy.
- These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect on the published effective date shown above.
